chaiiwala has deployed a food2go powered solution featuring a branded mobile responsive ordering website and a branded mobile app available for download on both the iOS and Android app stores. A web browser accessible admin tool allows both chaiiwala management as well as store managers to have complete control over pricing, promotions, content & products at each site.
The food2go solution allows chaiiwala to maintain a global catalogue that is then synced down to all the sites. The sync service can be customised to cover any combination of product title, product PLU, product price, product description, product nutritional and allergy data, product category & promotional campaigns. This allows chaiiwala to service multiple price files based on territory from head office.
The admin panel allows for the easy creation and issuing of push notifications, digital vouchers and interactive surveys as well as providing access to sophisticated reporting functionality. Direct customer marketing e.g push notifications can be sent to all customers or any subset of customer e.g. by store, age group or buying history.
The chaiiwala solution is fully integrated to the existing hardware / POS ( 3S POS) allowing for easy order management and a fully integrated loyalty scheme.
